The Role
We’re seeking a Vietnamese, Cantonese or Spanish Speaking Program Coordinator to help our programs run smoothly!
Duties include:
Assisting clients with filling out MediCal, Calfresh, SNAP, Housing applications.
Ensuring our Food Security Program goals are being met
Outreach, education, and client intake/data entry (Salesforce).
Attending partner/community meetings and advocacy events.
Providing administrative and hands-on support across programs.
Coordinating other various projects to meet deliverables.
Qualifications
1–3+ years nonprofit or related experience is a plus!
Strong communication and ability to work independently.
Comfort working with underserved communities (seniors, refugees, immigrants).
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Drive; Salesforce a plus.
Bilingual (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin) strongly preferred.
Compensation: $22-$25/hr

Job Summary
VACCEB is seeking a precise and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our finance team on-site in San Leandro. In this role, you will manage front-line clerical and operational fiscal tasks—such as records retention, initial procurement validation, cash handling, and timecard auditing—to support strong internal financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Records Retention: Maintain and archive digital and physical financial files for all organizational programs and events to ensure quick retrieval.
Procurement Support: Verify submitted supply requests for accuracy and product links, place orders, and handle the physical receipt, inspection, and distribution of goods.
Cash & Deposits: Safely process incoming/outgoing cash transactions, compile required supporting paperwork, and execute timely bank deposits.
Inventory Tracking: Upkeep comprehensive logs tracking organizational assets and distributed staff supplies.
Timecard Auditing: Serve as the primary auditor of employee time and attendance data within ADP (verifying hours and leave tracking).
Qualifications
Education: Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required.
Prior experience in financial record-keeping, clerical duties, or basic bookkeeping is a plus.
Strong data entry skills with an uncompromising eye for detail and accuracy.
Trusted ability to handle physical cash transactions and manage physical inventory logs.
