We are looking for someone to work 12 hours a week at our center in San Leandro helping pack food bags and distribute them.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30a-12:30p

The Role

We’re seeking a Vietnamese or Cantonese Speaking Program Coordinator to help our programs run smoothly!

Duties include:

• Assisting clients with filling out MediCal, Calfresh, SNAP, Housing applications.

• Ensuring our Food Security Program goals are being met

• Outreach, education, and client intake/data entry (Salesforce).

• Attending partner/community meetings and advocacy events.

• Providing administrative and hands-on support across programs.

• Coordinating other various projects to meet deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years nonprofit or related experience is a plus!

• Strong communication and ability to work independently.

• Comfort working with underserved communities (seniors, refugees, immigrants).

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Drive; Salesforce a plus.

• Bilingual (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin) strongly preferred.

Compensation: $22-$25/hr
